Over the years, the epidemiological scenario of STI/AIDS has reflected the behavioral and social changes of individuals who have suffered an increase in infection rates among females, due to multiple vulnerabilites faced by Brazilian women. Objectives: To characterize the risk of illness for sexually transmitted infections in women who use the primary health care servisse in the municipality of Altamira-Pará. Methodology: this cross-sectional study has a population base to calculate the sample . 3.510 women who underwent rapid test to detect HIV infection, syphilis, hepatites C and HBV in the municipality of Altamira in 2022. The sample group was 360 women, who will fill out the questionnaire on sociodemographic data, gynecological, syphilis, hepatits B and C were carried out. The variables obtained were entered into an excel® version 2019 spreadsheet, tabulated and evaluated. The prevalence of HIV, syphilis anda hepatites B and C in the sample will be calculated. Afterwards, a descriptive analysis of sociodemograpic characteristics and gynecological and behavioral history was carried out, usinf measures of central tendency for continuous variables, and percentages for categorical variables. Odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (95%IC) will be calculated in univariate analyses. Results: The majority were aged between 18-39 years old (45.3), were mixed race (53,3%) and did not finish high school (47,3%). Regarding marital status and economic income, 46,9% were married or in a stable union and 166 (46,1%) womem fell into the group earning up to 1 (one) minimum wage. 85,8% had only onde (1) partner in the last 12 months and 77,2% had 1 to 4 partners in their entire lives. Not knowing that infections affect organs other than the genitals approximately doublés the chance of infection (OR 1,86577) compared to women who knew. Women who did not know how STIs were transmitted almost tripled the chance of infection (OR 2.7886) compared women who did. Women with less than high school education tripled the chance of acquiring an STI (OR = 3,2) and having a steady partner a significant difference.
