For this, it is essential to disseminate and reproduce students and health professionals so that the elderly public have knowledge about healthy eating and be a multiplier of knowledge to the people of their conviviality, constituting a healthy and active aging. A study of the type of experience report that wishes to provide health and wellbeing to the elderly is carried out.
