Acesso em: .https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/8815This study investigates teacher training for the use of digital technologies in the early years of elementary school, focusing on the Santa Terezinha School, located in São João de Pirabas, Pará. This is a qualitative, exploratory, and descriptive study that analyzed teachers' and administrators' perceptions about the incorporation of digital resources into pedagogical practice, considering the influence of initial and continuing education. Data collection involved online questionnaires with open- and closed-ended questions, seeking to understand experiences, challenges, and strategies adopted for the effective use of digital technologies. The results indicate that, although digital resources are increasingly present in daily school life, gaps in teacher training remain that limit the full pedagogical use of these tools. The study highlights the importance of digital literacy, continuing education, and the role of school management in creating favorable conditions for technological integration.
