In this sense, a strategy of methodology levou us for a case study investigation, with a qualitative approach and with the use of data collection instruments such as: Interviews, observation, analysis of documents available through SEMED and CRRCAM. Assim as Libâneo (1999) sees complement or debate of educational practices and a pedagogue. The results indicate that the organization of educational practices develops randomly, at the same time the pedagogue is missing from the institution and the pedagogical coordinator. This lack of planning results in knowing that for this education, it will be possible or subject to submit to the schooling of a resocialization of these subjects. Few results are presented as to significant changes in life, two private liberty subjects.
