Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/jspui/handle/prefix/7908This work is one of the reflections developed through the project “Resilience and governmentality: the study of socio-emotional skills in teacher training based on CNE/CP resolution no 2, of December 20, 2019. This resolution has as its reference implementation of the Common National Base for the Initial Training of Basic Education teachers (BNC- Training) and lists socio-emotional skills that must be developed by teachers in initial training. These competencies promote the idea that teachers, to teach skills, must develop their skills, self-regulate and regulate their students, emphasizing resilience as a desired behavior. The objective of this research is to investigate how the discourses present in this document operate as a political strategy, within the governmentality regime, through the socio-emotional competencies supported in the BNC-Formação attached to Resolution CNE/CP No. 2, of December 20, 2019 We used as a theoretical- methodological tool to analyze the documents the legacy of Michel Foucault's thought from some of his writings in the composition of Aquerologia do Saber (2000), Genealogia do Poder (2011) and Genealogia da Ética (2010). These three fields of production demarcate this author's investigative investments when studying the subject and the modes of production of subjectivity, political incidences and dissent in relations of power and knowledge. Specific documents were selected for analysis, cut into “discursive series” with the aim of highlighting and investigating the discursive and non-discursive practices that compose them. The primary sources were based on national and international documents. The secondary sources were composed of theses, dissertations and articles in order to investigate the conditions of possibilities that allowed the construction of the Resolution, the sample of what is being discussed in academia and the investigation of the interrelations between the knowledge that is linked to the operationalization of speeches about “resilience” and “skills” present in the aforementioned Resolution.
