Acesso em: .https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/3781In this article we present data from the qualitative research that aimed to identify in which professional activities are working out of the course of Pedagogy of the Federal University of Pará, Altamira Campus. To collect data, a questionnaire with objective and subjective questions was applied to 25 graduates who started the course in the years 2011 to 2014. The graduates are comprised mostly in the age group between 20 and 30 years, mostly with lower income to four minimum wages. Most of the research participants did not choose the Pedagogy course as their first choice in the selection process and only four of the 25 participants in the research are working as teachers in basic education. All the participants attach importance to their training, most of them for continuing their studies and acting in other areas.
