The rights of the population, including the elderly population and persons with disabilities, guaranteed by the Elderly Law and the National Policy for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities will also be examined. This study examines the methods by which users enforce their rights. Thus, he sought evidence to support his position on access issues and the effects of BPC on the beneficiary’s life.
