In Brazil, quilombola adolescents face structural inequalities that hinder access to dental services and increase vulnerability to oral health problems. This study investigated access to dental services, clinical conditions, and self-perception of oral health among 59 adolescents from the Quilombola Community of Porto Alegre, in Cametá, Pará. This is a quantitative, descriptive, and cross-sectional study conducted through a simplified clinical examination and a structured questionnaire. The results showed a high prevalence of dental caries (69.5%), dental calculus (69.5%), and gingivitis (66.1%), in addition to low utilization of dental services, with 62.7% of adolescents not having visited a dentist in the past year. The main barriers reported were lack of transportation, financial limitations, and absence of professionals. Negative self-perception was associated with the presence of caries and functional impact on daily life.
