The research is grounded in the understanding of housing as an essential element in promoting quality of life, acknowledging its direct influence on social, environmental, and territorial dynamics. In this context, the study seeks to articulate technical performance, environmental adequacy, and regional sensitivity. The research was conducted through a bibliographic review supported by scientific articles, theoretical references, and data from the 2022 Demographic Census, which provided the basis for understanding housing dynamics, socioeconomic characteristics, and the spatial demands of the population. Additionally, a feasibility study of the project’s implementation site was carried out, considering urban, infrastructural, and environmental aspects to ensure coherence between the architectural proposal and its territorial context. The project’s design is organized around a compact and rational volumetric approach, guided by passive environmental comfort strategies. Resources such as cross ventilation, solar control, and the enhancement of natural lighting were prioritized, aiming to optimize the building’s thermal and energy performance. These guidelines reflect the need for architectural responses adapted to the specific climatic conditions of the Amazon. The selection of materials and constructive elements, including the use of ecological bricks and cobogós, reinforces principles of sustainability, environmental efficiency, and regional adequacy.
