Social housing is a global challenge that demands sustainable, accessible, and highquality solutions to meet the growing needs of urban populations. Particularly in Brazil, strategies to face the housing deficit have historically struggled to keep pace with its growth. Modular architecture stands out for its ability to promote efficiency in construction, reduce costs, and provide design flexibility. It is based on the manufacturing of modules in factories, which can be transported and assembled on-site quickly and efficiently. This method offers several advantages, such as: Speed of Construction, Controlled Quality, Design Flexibility, and Sustainability.
