This study aimed to analyze the performance and maintenance practices of interlocking concrete pavement applied to a residential condominium through a case study conducted in the municipality of Ananindeua– PA, Brazil. The research was characterized as a single case study of exploratory and descriptive nature, with a qualitative approach, based on a directed literature review, analysis of applicable technical standards, and in situ investigation. The methodological procedures included the characterization of the development, a semi-structured interview with the condominium administration, a technical visit, photographic survey of the paved areas, and analysis of the system's usage and conservation conditions. The results indicated that the pavement presented satisfactory overall structural performance for the observed light to moderate traffic conditions, maintaining stability and functionality compatible with residential use. The identified manifestations, such as loss of jointing material, presence of vegetation in the joints, and localized unevenness, were predominantly associated with the absence of a systematic preventive maintenance routine and did not represent generalized structural failures.
