Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/jspui/handle/prefix/7610This study presents a set of discussions on the crisis that the new coronavirus pandemic caused in Brazil in 2020, affecting various segments of society such as health, the economy and education. As a measure to prevent and control Covid-19, UFPA adopted the remote teaching modality through Resolution No. 5,294, of August 21, 2020. In this sense, the aim of this study is to analyze the impact of the technological and pedagogical strategies applied by UFPA in emergency remote teaching in the context of the pandemic to the pedagogy course. The methodology is descriptive and exploratory with a quantitative and qualitative approach using bibliographic and documentary analysis and a structured questionnaire. The results of the research point to clarification of the implementation of public policies that were applied by the Federal Government initiative, then by the state of Pará and its municipalities, until their application at UFPA, pointing out the university's position in adhering to the suspension of classes and the implementation of the Emergency Remote Education (ERE) modality.
