By exploring its potential and adopting innovative pedagogical practices, it is possible to create an equitable environment, and thus mathematics can be a powerful tool to promote the inclusion of neurodivergent children. The role of the educator in this process is fundamental, as they act as a mediator between mathematical knowledge and students, facilitating activities and adapting them to the audience found in the classroom. This study aims to analyze how mathematics can contribute to the inclusion of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), the role of the educator in the inclusive process, as well as the use of games and adapted resources. The study has a qualitative character, developed through a bibliographic research. The results indicate that mathematics has a great potential to promote inclusion, however, it faces resistance in traditional pedagogical practices, accompanied by the personalization of teaching. With this, it was observed that by using games and adapted resources it is possible to create an innovative and equitable environment for all students, including neurodivergent children. In this way, mathematics becomes an inclusion tool that promotes equity, valuing individual differences.Acesso AbertoInclusãoTranstorno do Espectro AutistaTranstorno do Déficit de atenção e HiperatividadePedagogoMatemáticaInclusionAutism Spectrum DisorderAttention Deficit Hyperactivity DisorderEducatorMathematicsCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::EDUCACAOA matemática como ferramenta pedagógica inclusiva para crianças com TEA e TDAHTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação - MonografiaAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazil
