The research is carried out from a qualitative and quantitative analysis and of administrative proceedings filed at the Pará Land Institute (ITERPA) of interest to financial institutions. Search parameter is based on processes after the date of dispatch of provision nº 013/2006-CJCI, which blocked enrollment real estate agents in rural properties in the interior of the state.
