Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/jspui/handle/prefix/6336The Minha Casa Minha Vida program seeks to address housing issues for the low-income population in Brazil, but the Residential Mandela in Campinas-SP has been criticized for the inadequacy of housing. This study analyzes the thermal comfort in one of these dwellings for the year 2022, using computer simulations and NBR 16.401-2 (2008) as a reference. In conditions without occupants, housing met the standards of thermal comfort in about 25.68% of the hours for the living room-kitchen and 27.40% for the bathroom. However, with the increase of occupants, there was an increase in the internal temperature of the house, reducing the annual hours that the environment remained in within the parameters of thermal comfort.
