The research object is the civil marriage registration books (1889-1908) of the Amazon Memory Center (CMA), which document extrajudicial acts of legal and administrative value. The aim is to develop a glossary as a tool for accessing information, given that some terms are old and unknown in 2024. Therefore, the objective was to develop a glossary that facilitates the reading and interpretation of historical records, focusing on identified terms.
