Efficient management of these data provides a more detailed view of the factors affecting operational costs, enabling the identification of inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization. Thus, the tool becomes an essential support for strategic decision-making focused on cost reduction and energy efficiency. The research was based on billing data provided by the University Administration and Grupo Equatorial, the electricity distribution company in Pará, allowing for an in-depth analysis of consumption patterns and existing inefficiencies. Given UFPA's structure, which includes multiple campuses with distinct characteristics, the study considers the particularities of units, such as variations in demand throughout the academic year, the influence of low-utilization periods, seasonality, and specific climatic factors in the Amazon region. These elements directly impact energy management quality and require an approach tailored to the institutional context. The developed tool enables a more precise analysis of electricity bills, providing insights for adjusting contracted demand, identifying undue charges, and detecting energy waste. Additionally, its use allows for greater control over the institution's energy assets, promoting more efficient and sustainable management.
