Acesso em: .https://bdm.ufpa.br/jspui/handle/prefix/7389This study investigated the impactsof Human Resources Administration strategies on the professional life of public servants in the Municipality of Acará, located in the Amazon region of the state of Pará. The survey was carried out through the Departament of Human Resources Administration (DRH), the Municipal Departament of Education (SEMED) and the Municipal Departament of Social Assistence and Development (SEMADS). This is a descriptive empirical research of a qualitative nature. The work was structured in two stages: first, a bibliographic survey about the Administration of Human Resources in the public sector and the specific legislation of Acará; Then, a field research was carried out that reached the participation os 122 civil servants. The results showed several obstacles in the interaction between the services offered by the HRD and the employees involved in research.
