Briefly this work is theoretical references the authors: Brougère (2011), Bruhns (1999), Dantas (2011), Huizinga (1980), Kishimoto (2011), Kramer (2003) among others no less important, and addresses in Chapters first quest of the historical context of the playful and the relationship with the children's education, then in the second chapter was given a brief retrospective on the changes in children's social context, and in the third chapter was exposed to research and also the result of queries made. The comments were in school SESI Altamira, the subjects were four teachers and two kindergarten classes (Garden II) being observed in total 46 students. The observation technique was the qualitative approach, participant observation and questionnaires with open questions related to the purpose of investigating how lúdico.com happen recreational activities, which are the main goals and contributions of the same for student learning, brings a grounding theoretical and the importance of using recreational activities as an effective resource in the teaching / learning process of children in the school environment. From the observations were performed comparative tables corresponding to the degree of effectiveness in relation to the teaching / learning of the students through traditional nature activities / conventional and playful, teachers' responses helped confirm what they think, speak, know and do with teachers relation to recreational and teaching / learning. It craved this work to investigate the importance of using playful activity as an effective resource in the teaching / learning process of children in the school environment.
