Studies show that invasiveness of AME is associated to invadopodias, which are cell-membrane protrusions with pericellular proteolytic activity. Some proteins are related to formation of invadopodia: cortactin, which is induced by TKs5, and changes the cell cytoskeleton, and MT1- MMP, which is induced by TKs4 and is responsable for ECM proteolysis. The objective of this work is to verify the expression of proteins related to invadopodia: cortactin, TKs5, TKs4 and MT1-MMP in cell line AME-hTERT. For this, immunofluorescence assays were performed, that confirm the expression of these proteins in cell line AME-hTERT.
