The solution was built using Microsoft Power Platform’s low-code tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint On line. The methodology followed an applied and exploratory approach, based on Research and Development (RD) strategy, beginning with a diagnosis of exis ting processes, followed by application development, and concluding with its validation in a real environment after a five-month period of use. The results demonstrate a reduction in the average process time from over five days to less than two days, representing efficiency gains of at least 80%. Furthermore, 80% of users reported a reduction in data entry errors, and 100% highlighted the ad vantage of mobile access to the application, which facilitated field work. Overall satisfaction with the solution was high, with 80% of users rating it as “Excel lent”. It is concluded that the developed application achieved its objectives of improving operational efficiency, traceability, and user satisfaction, validating the potential of the Power Platform as a strategic tool for digital transformation in the energy sector.
