The PSE is governed under resolution 4. 309 august 27, 2012. This research aims to analyze the entry, trajectory and permanence of students approved through the PSE. This research was developed through interviews. Based theoretically on the text of Paul Thompson, THE VOICE OF THE PAST, Oral history, (1998, p. 254, 257). Thus, interviews/quetionaries were conducted with eight quilombola students from the Abaetetuba Campus. With the coordinator of the Special Selection Process Mr. Antonio Aracaty. With representatives of the Association of Quilombolas Students (ADQ) Rosielem Dias. With ADQ Secretary Mr. Miguel Nery. As with teacher and anthropologist João (fictitious name). I analyzed the data, collected from interviews and questionnaires, conducted. The results indicate the perception of the interviewees with the advance of affirmative action policies that enable them to enter and remain in higher education despite the difficulties that may arise. Something very important that must be worked and discussed in the academic community is prejudice and racial discrimination that is present in the academic day-to-day.Acesso AbertoPSE - QuilombolaAções afirmativasDiscentes quilombolasAffirmative actionsQuilombolas studentsCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::HISTORIAPSE Quilombola: ingresso, trajetória e permanência estudantil no campus universitário de Abaetetuba (2015 – 2018)Trabalho de Curso - Graduação - Monografia
