Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/9222Quality of work life (QWL) is a relevant aspect of the corporate environment, generating well-being and increased productivity, especially in the construction industry, which is characterized by intense and challenging environments. In this context, the present study aimed to evaluate the quality of life of construction site workers in real estate development companies in Belém, Pará, with a focus on the social benefits provided. To this end, a survey was conducted with 173 workers, covering three professional categories—helpers, semi-skilled workers, and skilled workers—through a structured questionnaire based on the Likert scale and employing the Social Life Cycle Assessment (S-LCA) methodology. The results indicated that, although mandatory benefits are satisfactorily met, significant gaps persist in the provision and maintenance of voluntary benefits, such as meal allowances and support for workers in cases of occupational accidents.
