Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/8946This undergraduate thesis in Electrical Engineering aims to model the pattern of electricity use in multifamily social housing units in the municipality of Belém (PA), addressing the following research question: what is the thermoenergetic profile of the social housing stock in Belém? The study was developed within the scope of the Hab.LabEEE project. The methodology involves the characterization of three housing complexes from the "Minha Casa Minha Vida" (MCMV) program, based on construction typology, urban context, building materials, and occupancy density. Cross-sectional field surveys were carried out using the HD32.3TC thermal comfort meter (Delta OHM), providing data on operative temperature, relative humidity, and occupancy patterns. Acceptable temperature ranges were determined by correlating occupants' thermal perceptions with the measured environmental data. By combining thermal measurements, electricity bill data, and usage routines, the study resulted in the modeling of a representative archetype for the social housing units in Belém. This model enables the estimation of installed load and energy-use habits.
