This study aimed to describe and analyze the role of pedagogical work in the motor development of children up to 11 years of age. This is a scope review, carried out through the Platform of the Center for Personal Improvement (CAPES), with descriptors "pedagogy professional"; "pedagogue"; "pedagogue; "motor development"; "child"; "classroom", linked by the Boolean operator "OR" with articles that have been published from 2018 to 2022. After screening 5,347 studies, seven surveys were included, showing that the work developed by educators, in general, such as activities that stimulate the use of hands, specifically, and activities that have the motor component of students as their target, are essential for the motor development of the student, for the integral development of students , whether in writing or another area of learning.
