For this, a qualitative and descriptive approach was used, using observations, field diary and informal conversations during the observation and conducting internship in the first semester of 2023, in a class on the night shift of the 1st follow-up and 2nd stage A, which corresponds to the 4th and 5th year of Primary Education, consisting of 22 students enrolled, with a leading teacher, in a municipal school in Castanhal. The results of the experience, in the observation stage, allowed moments of humanized experiences and dialogued learning to overcome teaching acts. The presence of the traditional teaching method of the teacher was noticed. However, with constructive dialogues, considering the needs and desires of students, it is clear that for conducting at EJAI, different teaching strategies can be used. It is concluded that dialogicity, in the classroom, is fundamental to understanding reality, difficulties, as well as creating an environment in which students feel good about sharing their doubts, making learning meaningful and engaging, as they find be more motivated to participate in classes at EJAI.Acesso AbertoEJAIEstágio docênciaFormação de professoresTeaching internshipTeacher trainingCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANASExperiência docente com dialogicidade em estágio supervisionado na EJAI do curso de Pedagogia da UFPA/CCASTTrabalho de Curso - Graduação - MonografiaAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazil
