In this context, compliance emerges as a strategic instrument for promoting organizational integrity. This study aimed to diagnose the level of knowledge and implementation of compliance policies in construction companies in Belém, Brazil. This is a descriptive study with a mixed-method approach, based on bibliographic review and the application of a structured questionnaire to 21 professionals in the sector. The results indicate low conceptual knowledge about compliance, weaknesses in institutional communication, and lack of systematic training initiatives. However, there is a strong interest among employees in receiving further training on the subject. It is concluded that the consolidation of an integrity culture in the sector depends on leadership commitment, internal communication, and continuous corporate education practices.Acesso AbertoComplianceConstrução civilÉtica organizacionalGovernança corporativaComplianceConstruction industryOrganizational ethicsCorporate governanceCNPQ::ENGENHARIAS::ENGENHARIA CIVILA compliance na construção civilTrabalho de Curso - Graduação - Monografia
