Mudanças introduzidas na lei de improbidade administrativa e a responsabilização dos agentes públicos: perspectivas sob a ótica do princípio republicano. The 2021 reform provided changes that made the scenario of the perpetrator of an act of administrative improbity more beneficial, considering that it severely hampers the possibilities of conviction in this area, which has a direct impact on the administrative probity protection system of which the LIA is part and must be analyzed in a unitary manner. In this context, considering that the republican principle has as its essential component the accountability of public managers, it seems that there is a latent dichotomy between this basic principle aspect of the Political Charter and the new legal wording. The hypothetical-deductive method added to an exploratory research approach were used as an instrument to achieve a complete understanding of the implications provided by Law 14,230/2021 in light of the republican principle, especially with regard to the responsibility of those in power.Acesso AbertoImprobidade administrativaReformaCorrupçãoPrincípio republicanoAdministrative improbityReformCorruptionRepublican principleCNPQ::CIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::DIREITOMudanças introduzidas na lei de improbidade administrativa e a responsabilização dos agentes públicos: perspectivas sob a ótica do princípio republicanoTrabalho de Curso - Graduação - MonografiaAttribution-NoDerivatives 4.0 International
