It is believed that interactive proposals such as Scratch provide the student's motivation and contribute to the development of skills and competencies. To verify this hypothesis, we developed three experiments and analyzed the participants’ emotions with a convolutional neural network. The results show that happiness and neutrality emotions were predominant.
