From this, the choice of fixed prostheses on implants, became the treatment of the number one choice for the rehabilitation of these patients with total losses, with the use of implant-supported prostheses of the protocol type. Providing greater comfort, safety, in addition to functional and aesthetic benefits. Thus, it is important to know all the stages, from planning to surgical and prosthetic rehabilitation. This work aims to discuss the surgical and prosthetic protocol of oral rehabilitation using the Bränemark protocol-type prosthesis, using the multifunctional guide. Where bibliographic survey was carried out electronically, consulting the Pubmed and SciELO database using the Keywords: Dental implants, immediate loading on dental implant, dental prosthesis implant-supported. Describing the initial planning stage, making the multifunctional guide, surgical stage with the milling sequence, the choice of implant and prosthetic stage with the metal bar test, wax teeth and ending with the delivery of the final prosthesis.
