The research focused on the Cristo Rei, Thessalonica and São Sebastião do Bacabal Schools, schools considered Poles. For a short time, rural education has been leading the way in reducing the great negligence aimed at public policies mainly aimed at the education of the peoples who live in the countryside. In other words, at the same time, these curricula and practices were thoughtlessly submitted to the urban model of school, where unfortunately many rural schools still replicate these ideologies. In view of the above, it is important to treat the subject carefully, these field researches revealed to us during the times communities III e nose stages supervision I e II, and at the same time clarified how these teachers deal with them in their respective schools. To this end, the research associated with the TCC was conducted through a qualitative approach (field research), where it was sought to reflect on the trajectories and training of rural education professionals.
