In this context, this study describes the development of a responsive web-based system for the registration and management of health surveillance reports in Oeiras do Pará, with the aim of optimizing inspection activities and encouraging social participation. This is an applied research study with a qualitative approach, encompassing requirements gathering, system modeling, and implementation. The system was developed using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, integrating Firebase Authentication and Firebase Realtime Database for user authentication and application data storage. The solution allows users to submit reports with photographic evidence and provides an administrative dashboard for managing reported incidents.
