Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/10096This article aims to reflect on the possible contributions of Archival Intelligence within the context of institutional initiatives focused on social inclusion, such as projects or programs that provide opportunities for reintegration into the labor market and professional training for incarcerated individuals and former prisoners. This non-systematic bibliographic literature review was conducted through searches in the Information Science Databases, Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), and Google Scholar. The study is justified by its dialogue with the Sustainable Development Goals: 04 – Quality Education, 08 – Decent Work and Economic Growth, and 16 – Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, as it relates to the promotion of quality education, the appreciation of work as an instrument of dignity and social reintegration, and the strengthening of more efficient, transparent, and committed institutions. The theoretical framework addresses the concepts of Information Literacy, Archival Literacy, and Archival Intelligence, while also presenting a theoretical discussion on the social reintegration of prisoners and former prisoners within the Brazilian context.
