After this appropriation, the original peoples started to suffer with cultural impositions by the colonizers, until today, with the invasions of their lands. From a qualitative research, in which interviews with family members were carried out in order to discover our ancestry, since I learned that my great-grandmother's origin is indigenous, and that she comes from an ethnic group from the Lower Amazon, I use all the information that was given to me to enrich this work. Through performance art, I intend to build knowledge with my consanguineous about these indigenous ethnicities. As a final result, the performance will bring not only the knowledge that my greatgrandmother had, but also the experience that I will have and share about the culture of the people of the Lower Amazon, thinking of future developments, having more instigations about this theme.Acesso AbertoIndígenas - Baixo-AmazonasCultura indígenaAncestralidadeTeatro - performanceIndigenous - Lower- AmazonIndigenous cultureAncestryTheater - performanceCNPQ::LINGUISTICA, LETRAS E ARTES::ARTES::TEATROApiaká - Maytapu: uma performance sobre família e ancestralidade indígenaTrabalho de Curso - Graduação - Monografia
