CAD-CAM technology was introduced to simplify and automate dental medicine by establishing a new clinical protocol in contrast to conventional dentistry. Combined with this, the development of the CEREC® chairside version has further modified the routine of dental procedures, as it allows the dental surgeon to use all CAD-CAM technology in the office. This work aims to report step by step the rehabilitation of an upper central incisor, performed with the CAD-CAM CEREC® system, CHAIRSIDE modality. Male patient (37 years old) reported dissatisfaction with the aesthetics of tooth 21 and symptoms of sensitivity. For the treatment, an indirect ceramic veneer based on lithium disilicate was made in a single session, using the CAD-CAM CEREC® system, version CHAIRSIDE.
