In the dental context, salivary gland impairment represents one of the most relevant manifestations of the syndrome, as hyposalivation favors the development and progression of dental caries, destruction of the tooth mineral structure (biocorrosion), changes in the oral microbiota, and functional and aesthetic damage, negatively impacting patients' quality of life and self-esteem. The present study aims to report the restorative and multidisciplinary clinical approach performed in a 20-year-old female patient diagnosed with Sjögren's syndrome, who underwent composite resin reanatomization of teeth 11 and 21. The clinical case highlights the therapeutic challenges related to oral alterations arising from the syndrome, as well as the importance of individualized restorative planning and multidisciplinary approach for aesthetic and functional rehabilitation, contributing to the improvement of the patient's quality of life and self-esteem.
