Acesso em:https://bdm.ufpa.br/jspui/handle/prefix/2126In many cases attracting people's attention and motivating them in their daily tasks, mainly in order to increase productivity, has been a noticeable challenge in the industrial context and academic environment, since routine actions tend to cause demotivation to individuals. Given this situation, there have been some studies that use gamification in education and in business processes aiming to supply or minimize such problems. Gamification focuses on the idea of motivating or improving the members' engagement while awakening the pleasure of being immersed in games, also fostering competition among the participants, aiming at achieving pre-established goals and results.
