The study is based on the understanding that artistic experience can constitute a space for subjective elaboration, enabling the reinterpretation of experiences marked by psychological distress. Therefore, its objective is to understand how the creation of an autobiographical performance can contribute to the elaboration of the experience of social anxiety throughout theater education. The research adopts a qualitative autobiographical approach, combining personal memories, experiential narratives, and scenic experimentation with theoretical perspectives on social anxiety, autobiography, personal dramaturgy, and Teatro Dadivoso. The creative process was grounded in memory work, poetic writing, the exploration of physical actions, and the construction of symbolic scenic elements that materialize the experience of anxiety on stage. The findings indicate that artistic creation fostered a deeper understanding of the author's own trajectory, transforming experiences of vulnerability into creative material and strengthening the dialogue between performer and audience through the sharing of lived experiences.
