At the same time, housing proves to be an important tool for maintaining urban vitality, although dignified housing conditions remain an unresolved issue. Therefore, this study aims to develop a proposal, at the level of an architectural preliminary design, focused on Social Interest Housing (HIS), on a site located near the Church of Our Lady of the Rosary of the Black Men, in the Campina neighborhood.
