Trabalho de Curso (Licenciatura em Teatro) – Escola de Teatro e Dança, Instituto de Ciências da Arte, Universidade Federal do Pará, Belém, 2025. Disponível em: https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/8704. Acesso em: .https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/8704This work aims to narrate my trajectory since my first encounter with theater, especially through the method of the Theatre of the Oppressed developed by Augusto Boal, and its relevance to my formation as an educator-artist. Beginning in 2015, this path unfolds as a journey through my memory-roots, woven by the discovery of a critical and liberating educational practice. From my perspective as a Black woman, artist, educator, and workshop facilitator, I share how the Theatre of the Oppressed – particularly the Image Theater, Forum Theater, and Invisible Theater techniques – became fertile ground for my personal and political growth. The concept of escrevivência, created by Conceição Evaristo, sustains the methodology of my writing. I reflect on the paths I have taken from my initiation in theater in 2015 to the deepening of workshops with anti-racist and educational practices, especially in school contexts and at ENEARTE 2023. In dialogue with Paulo Freire and Augusto Boal, I present experiences in which theater served as a tool for listening, dialogue, welcoming, and social transformation. This research is built as body, practice, and memory, reaffirming the power of art as a path of resistance and hope.Acesso AbertoTeatro do OprimidoProfessores de arte - Formação profissionalProfessores - Formação profissionalArtistas - Formação profissionalTheater of the OppressedArt Teachers - Professional TrainingTeachers - Professional TrainingArtists - Professional TrainingCNPQ::LINGUISTICA, LETRAS E ARTES::ARTES::TEATROTeatro do Oprimido: minha formação como educadora e artistaTrabalho de Curso - Graduação - MonografiaAttribution 3.0 Brazil
