Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/4507This research shows a study about the teaching of Exponential Equation by Experimental Activity, aiming to understand the relevance of Experimental Activities as a methodology for teaching Exponential Equations. It was developed through the methodology of teaching Experimental Activities by Rediscovery, which is characterized by the use of the steps of the scientific method, where the student develops abilities to observe, analyze, research, evaluate, infer and test, with the student participating actively in the process of building his knowledge. Four activities were applied with eighth grade students from a public school located in the city of Acará-PA. Soon after the methodology used, a greater understanding of the concepts presented was noticed.
