Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/10082This work investigates the technical feasibility and acceptance of Augmented Reality (AR), combined with computer vision, as a support tool for geometry teaching through the Tangram game. The central problem lies in the historical dependence on specialised hardware, such as glasses, gloves, and sensors, which limits AR adoption in educational environments with limited resources. As an alternative, a system developed in Python using the OpenCV and MediaPipe libraries is proposed; it tracks hand movements via a conventional webcam. The main objective is to evaluate the solution in terms of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and intention to use, based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). A structured five-point Likert-scale questionnaire was administered to five adult participants. The results indicated mean scores of 4.65 for Perceived Usefulness, 3.70 for Perceived Ease of Use, and 5.00 for Intention to Use, with an overall mean of 4.34.
