Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/9485This work presents a technical analysis of the electrical installation of the adult Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Hospital Universitário João de Barros Barreto, focusing on verifying system compliance with ABNT NBR 13534 and ABNT NBR 5410 standards. The study is characterized as applied and descriptive research conducted through a case study, involving project analysis, monitoring of construction execution, and technical verification of the completed installation. The implemented systems are described, including power supply, distribution panels, medical IT system, cabling infrastructure, auxiliary systems, and protective devices, highlighting the technical solutions adopted to ensure safety, reliability, and continuity of power supply in a critical hospital environment. The results demonstrate that the executed installation meets regulatory requirements and presents adequate circuit organization, good accessibility for maintenance, and satisfactory operation of the installed systems.
