In these terms, the main discussion of this work is based on the activities of Teaching Internship III of the Degree in Geography course, carried out in High School. The work was prepared based on bibliographical surveys contained in academic books and articles. Next, observation was carried out to diagnose the school infrastructure and reports from the Geography teacher in the third year high school class at the Julia Passarinho State High School. Finally, the class was conducted with the theme “Regional Complex of the Central South”, which was proposed by the institution's Geography teacher. The curricular internship is a component that allows graduates to develop skills and competencies for professional training, in addition to being a time to reflect and problematize theory with practice.
