All reactions have the potential to affect patients' quality of life. Acording to ANVISA, it has been recorded over 170 trigger dietary reactions cases. Therefore, its cause is associated with social, behavioural and genetic factors due to their recurrence in bowel disease, prematurity at birth, malnutrition, and immunodeficiency. Treatment depends on the clinical appearance of the individual. The objective of this research was to dimension the number of people who have food allergies and intolerance and now the most important foods that makes reactions in the metropolitan region of Belém during 2020 to 2022. This research was done online in electronic form and it was shown through social media. It suggests that people profile knowledge, behaviour and know one's condition. The much of the interviewees answered a questionary during the covid19 pandemic period and the other one before pandemic period. The all interviewers, showed that 390 people were living in a metropolitan region (86,92%), female (76,5%), brownish color (53,3%), single (70,5%), and with high education degee (49,2%). The allergenic foods were: dairy and gluten, meats, seafood, penaut, fruits, canned foods, and preservatives.
