The research reflected about migrant conditions objects to museums in the nineteenth century and its social and symbolic relationships. In the transit of marajoaras objects into the museum institution was observed treatment and relationships between museum and society of the time. The methodology used was the cartography, based on authors such as Martin-Barbero and Deleuze and Guattari. We used the time and documents them were mapped aspects of social relations between museum and marajoaras objects, especially those produced by the National Museum of Rio de Janeiro and the Goeldi Museum, whose natures were letters, reports, notes and newsletters. We expanded the sources of the acquis journal: Jornal do Pará and the Folha do Norte. These documents were marked approaches on the practical Museum in relation to culture marajoara material.
