Often, the support team lacks the necessary technical tools to reproduce reported issues, which leads to delays, an overload on development teams, and customer dissatisfaction. Given this scenario, this paper presents the modeling and implementation of a simulated environment capable of safely reproducing the customer’s perspective, eliminating the need for direct access to their credentials and ensuring compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). The research is classified as applied, with an exploratory, experimental, and descriptive nature. The development of the solution was guided by a requirements survey with the technical support team, culminating in the creation of the “Host Perspective” tool. This tool was implemented using React and TypeScript for the front-end, Django and PostgreSQL for the back-end, and Docker and Amazon Web Services (AWS) for provisioning. The system operates in view-only mode, allowing support to access the application’s interface exactly as the customer would, without the risk of improper manipulation. The results showed that the tool provides gains in efficiency and objectivity, allowing for faster diagnoses, reduced response times, and clearer referrals to the technical team. Features such as authentication via institutional credentials, host search, a favorites list, and mobile viewing enhanced usability. It was also found that it mitigates privacy-related risks, since real credentials are not used.
