The work emphasizes the relevance of Applied Mathematics and academic writing for the construction of scientific thought, as well as the use of methodologies that favor meaningful and contextualized learning. Experiences lived in the Institutional Scholarship Program for Teaching Initiation (PIBID) are presented, which contributed to the approximation with teaching practice, to professional development, and to the production of academic research. In this context, the portfolio brings together works that address mathematical modeling as a pedagogical resource, the statistical analysis of educational data related to academic self-efficacy, and the application of mathematical and physical concepts, such as ordinary differential equations and Newton's Law of Cooling, highlighting the integration between Mathematics, Physics, and Education.
