It was developed based on the following research problem: "How did studies about Labam influence my understanding of dance as a phenomenon of worship of God in the Foursquare Gospel Church and in my training process as a future dance teacher?". The research methodology followed a qualitative approach, phenomenological method and type of research called "Case Study - Observational". To collect data, natural observation, semi-structured interviews and photographic and video records were used. Data analysis was carried out based on Bardin's concept of content analysis. The Work is organized into three chapters: "Section I - Dance as a Phenomenon of Worship of God"; " Section 2 - Dance as a Phenomenon of Worship in the Foursquare Gospel Church"; " Section 3 - Teaching in Dance and the Meeting with Laban - a lens to understand the dance practiced in the 'Grupo Renascer'".
