The guiding research question is: what resistances and achievements shaped the educational processes of Black women and are present in their life and school memories? This research adopts a qualitative approach, with a bibliographic study based on Hall (2006; 2009) in the debate on identity; Gomes (2012) in her considerations about being Black and the construction of Black identity; and Moreira (2023) and Silva & Nascimento (2016) regarding the dimension of Black women. In addition, the perspective of narratives as listening, memories, and biographies was used, allowing us to understand part of the experiences lived by three Black women as central elements for the discussion of this study. As a result, the narratives of these women, addressing educational and racial aspects, revealed that even though these processes occurred in different periods, their life stories and school trajectories show experiences of racism. They also indicate that the school is still a place where Black women experience prejudice, especially related to their bodies.Acesso AbertoMulheres negrasIdentidadeRacismoBlack womenIdentity racismCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANASMulheres negras: memórias e processos educativosTrabalho de Curso - Graduação - Monografia
